At Hiwassee Outreach Program (HOPe) we offer help to the communites of Charleston and Calhoun by offering a food pantry, a clothing closet, and household items. We also provide housekeeping services, yard work, and minor home repairs. Along with these we also have a companionship program and pen-pal program for the elderly and disabled.
Pantry/Store Hours of Operations: Tues, Thurs, Sat 3-5pm
We offer a Food Pantry and Clothing/Household Items Store for anyone in the Charleston/Calhoun Community to take advantage of.
We have a network of volunteers that assist community members in need from handyman projects, yardwork and much more.
We have a program that provides companionship for the elderly and disabled community members in the form of home visits, and a pen pal program.
